Indian Garden Road

We currently are in the middle of a MAJOR reconstruction of our home on Walloon Lake. Half of the house was torn down and is being rebuilt while the other half is undergoing a major remodel. The process to find a suitable builder was difficult. We wasted 18 months with multiple contractors that over-promised and under-delivered. We finally found Triumph Custom Homes in June 2017 and almost immediately knew they understood our vision for the property.

Our goal was to start demolition in early September 2017 and complete the project by August 2018. We chose N.J. White Associates as the architects. The Triumph team worked closely and tirelessly with them to develop and implement very aggressive reconstruction plans to get started on time.

We are now eight months into the project and Triumph was definitely the right choice! We have had onsite meetings with Triumph every 3-4 weeks throughout the process. They answered our questions, implemented our choices, stayed on budget and most impressively, somehow kept the project ahead of schedule despite the horrific winter we just experienced.

They expect to have the project completed ahead of schedule in June so we can enjoy our new home for the July 4th holiday. This could only be accomplished because of the mutual respect and close working relationship they have with their subcontractors. We have received several positive comments that the Triumph team is fantastic to work for and delivers on their promises made to subcontractors.
